Lahore: Pakistani YouTuber Rajab Butt has issued a detailed statement addressing the controversy surrounding his marriage, saying he is resolving the matter through his legal and religious rights.

In a video message shared on social media, Rajab Butt admitted that the situation escalated largely because of his own mistake. He explained that responding to questions about his marriage on social media at the same time created confusion and made the matter more complicated. According to him, the issue should have been handled through legal and religious channels from the beginning.

The YouTuber also spoke about the narratives and criticism circulating online regarding his family and personal life. He said that negative comments and public criticism do not trouble him, adding that no one can harm him except Allah.

Rajab Butt further announced that he will no longer discuss personal or marital matters on social media, and is determined to fulfill his legal and religious responsibilities to resolve the dispute.

It is worth noting that Rajab Butt recently sent a divorce notice to his wife, to which Iman Rajab responded publicly.

The development sparked widespread debate on social media, with users expressing mixed reactions to the ongoing controversy.

KARACHI: A local court in Karachi has extended the interim bail of well-known YouTuber Rajab Butt until March 30 in a case related to alleged disrespect of Islamic symbols.

The hearing was held at the District and Sessions Court (Central), where the matter of interim bail in the blasphemy case against Rajab Butt came up for consideration.

The Additional District and Sessions Judge (Central) accepted a request from the defence to adjourn the hearing. Rajab Butt, who is currently out on interim bail, appeared before the court.

During the proceedings, the complainant’s counsel argued that the court time was 8:30 am, but the accused appeared at 9:30 am, and requested that his bail be cancelled.

The complainant’s lawyer further stated that they were fully prepared to present evidence, but the defence counsel failed to appear in court.

A junior lawyer informed the court that the accused’s counsel, Mian Ali Ashfaq, was on official leave. The court observed that the defence counsel had failed to appear previously as well and directed that a formal application be submitted in this regard.

Subsequently, the court approved the request for adjournment and extended Rajab Butt’s interim bail until March 30.

It is pertinent to note that Rajab Butt had earlier secured interim bail in the case registered against him at Haidery Market Police Station.

ISLAMABAD: The Islamabad High Court (IHC) has issued notices to the Interior Secretary, FIA, and DG Immigration on the petitions filed by TikTokers Nadeem Mubarak (aka Nani Wala) and Rajab Butt seeking removal of their names from the passport control list.

The petitions were heard by Justice Muhammad Azam Khan, with the applicants represented by Barrister Raja Qadeer Janjua and Advocate Ahad Khokhar.

The petitioners requested the court to remove their names from the travel restriction list.

The court issued notices to the relevant authorities, including the Secretary Interior, FIA, and DG Passport & Immigration, seeking their responses. The hearing was adjourned until next week.

On the other hand, in a case concerning the illegal promotion of gambling apps, the court has approved Aroob Jatoi’s request for exemption from personal appearance and extended her interim bail until February 11.

The hearing was conducted by Additional District and Sessions Judge Mansoor Ahmed Qureshi. Aroob Jatoi, wife of Ducky Bhai, was required to appear in court as her interim bail period had expired.

She is facing charges registered against her under the NCCIA.

During the proceedings, Aroob Jatoi submitted a request for exemption from appearance, citing illness. The court accepted her request and granted an extension of her interim bail until February 11.

ISLAMABAD: Controversial Pakistani YouTuber Rajab Butt and TikToker Nadeem Naniwala have approached the Islamabad High Court(IHC) seeking relief from travel restrictions imposed on them.

Both social media personalities are named in multiple cases, including cybercrime, and currently face a ban on traveling abroad.

They have filed separate petitions requesting that the restrictions be lifted, citing professional difficulties caused by the ban.

According to court documents, the petitions were submitted through Barrister Raja Qadeer Janjua and Ahad Khokhar. The petitioners claim that they were unjustly placed on the travel ban list, which is negatively affecting their careers.

The petitions name the Federal Investigation Agency (FIA), Secretary Interior, and other relevant authorities as respondents, urging the court to issue orders for immediate removal of their names from the travel restriction list.

A hearing on these petitions is expected soon at the Islamabad High Court, which will determine whether the social media stars will be allowed to travel abroad and clarify the legal standing of the imposed restrictions.

Rajab Butt, who recently made news following disputes with lawyers, continues to enjoy strong support from his fan base despite widespread criticism on social media. He currently has over 8.3 million YouTube subscribers and 2.9 million Instagram followers.

Reports indicate that Rajab Butt is facing ongoing legal issues, while his marital life is reportedly under strain, as his brother-in-law, Aun Muhammad, has been making statements against him on social media.

Breaking his silence, Rajab Butt issued a firm warning on Instagram, addressing both his wife and brother-in-law. He stated that he possesses additional recordings and screenshots and will no longer tolerate harassment or false claims.

He added that even his mother, sister, family members, and young child have been unfairly targeted with personal attacks. Rajab Butt condemned the spreading of personal information, fabricated stories to garner sympathy, and social media hate campaigns.

Rajab Butt emphasized that his son, Kiwan, remains his top priority, and declared that there will be no further public debate on the matter.

He concluded by saying that while the future of his marriage rests in God’s hands, personal character assassination is unacceptable under any circumstances.

LAHORE: Famous TikTokers Rajab Butt and Nadeem Mubarak have received relief from the court in a case related to the promotion of a gambling application.

The matter was heard in the Sessions Court Lahore, where Additional Sessions Judge Mansoor Ahmed Qureshi took up the interim bail petitions filed by the two accused. Rajab Butt and Nadeem Mubarak were presented before the court under strict security arrangements.

During the hearing, the court granted time to the investigating officer to submit the relevant record and extended the interim bail of both accused until January 26.

Earlier in the day, the NCCIA requested additional time to submit the investigation report. Counsel for the NCCIA informed the court that the investigating officer was engaged in proceedings at the High Court, and sought an extension for submitting the record.

The court kept the bail petitions pending, marked the attendance of Rajab Butt and Nadeem Mubarak, and subsequently allowed them to leave the courtroom.

LAHORE: A local court in Lahore has granted interim bail to TikTok influencers Rajab Butt and Nadeem Mubarak in cases related to the promotion of gambling apps.

The hearing, presided over by Additional Sessions Judge Mansoor Ali Qureshi, approved the bail applications until January 6, while ordering both accused to remain available for investigation.

 The court also barred the police from arresting the duo until the specified date.

The bail applications were filed through Barrister Mian Ali Ashfaq. Rajab Butt sought bail in one case, while Nadeem Mubarak filed for bail in two cases registered by the NCCIA.

Both individuals are currently facing charges under the National Crime and Cybercrime Investigation Act (NCCIA).
