Bollywood superstar Akshay Kumar recently shared a personal incident on the reality show Wheel of Fortune that left him both terrified and deeply embarrassed, calling it the most mortifying moment of his life.
During the special episode, Akshay was asked about a time in his life when he felt the greatest humiliation. He recalled an incident at a prestigious event where a close friend got into a heated argument with another attendee. The person repeatedly abused his friend, despite Akshay’s multiple warnings.
After four or five unsuccessful attempts to de-escalate the situation, Akshay admitted he lost his temper and slapped the person, knocking them unconscious. Fear immediately gripped him as he worried that the incident could escalate into a serious problem.
Thankfully, water was poured on the unconscious individual, and they regained consciousness shortly after, bringing Akshay a huge sense of relief.
Reflecting on the event, the actor said that if a similar situation happened today, he would handle it differently—choosing to remain calm and walk away instead of reacting physically.
Akshay described the incident as a deeply embarrassing experience in his life, one he wishes he could have handled better.
