Bollywood super star Shah Rukh Khan has expressed his excitement after The Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences shared a clip from his popular film Om Shanti Om on social media.
According to Indian media reports, The Academy posted a video clip from the 2007 film on X. The clip shows Shah Rukh Khan delivering a dramatic award acceptance speech while holding a bottle.
The Bollywood superstar reacted positively to the post, resharing it on his own X account and thanking The Academy. He also wrote that he felt like “the king of the world” after seeing the recognition.
Om Shanti Om, directed by Farah Khan, starred Shah Rukh Khan alongside Deepika Padukone in her debut role.
The film, released in 2007, was a major commercial success at the box office and remains one of Bollywood’s most popular productions.
